Rice Krispies

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Brown rice crispy cereal (not puffed rice)
  • ½ Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Lightly greats a baking dish and line it with parchment paper
  • In a large bow, mix together the rice cereal and peanut butter
  • On the stove top in a small pot, gently heat the coconut oil for 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour coconut oil over the rice cereal mixture and gently stir to get everything well coated.
  • Add mixture to the parchment-lined baking pan. Use the bottom of a jar glass to press the mixture evenly into the baking dish until flat. Chill in refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before slicing.
